职位概况
负责酒店餐饮部门的全链条采购管理，确保货品质量、成本控制及库存周转符合品牌标准。
主要职责
- 管理跨部门采购项目，制定并执行采购政策和标准。
- 与行政总厨、厨房及供应商沟通，确保交货时间满足生产需求。
- 监督库房先入先出原则，维护库存安全与卫生。
- 审核发票，确保数量、质量、规格与订单一致，并进行成本核算。
任职要求
- 财务会计或相关专业四年制学士学位。
- 具备酒店或餐饮行业采购管理经验，熟悉食品、饮料及可控项目的采购流程。
- 能够使用计算机程序进行成本计算、库存控制及报告编制。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件进行数据处理和报告撰写。
- 了解会计核算及税务监管要求。
