Operations Executive

About the role

Careers International is hiring a full-time Operations Executive in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai, to support the operations manager in running the daily workflow of upcoming and ongoing projects. The role covers planning, structuring and delegating, coordinating closely with the sales team and keeping the company's on-site operations smooth and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operational workflow of current and upcoming projects, including planning, structuring and delegation.
• Work closely with the sales team and manage the monthly calendar so every project is planned and delivered on time.
• Conduct site visits with clients, prepare site visit reports and brief project managers, planning inventory according to requirements.
• Deal with vendors and service providers, place procurements on time after internal approvals, and liaise with event venues to obtain work permits in advance.
• Plan staff pick-up and drop-off schedules between accommodation and sites, ensuring drivers follow the schedule and instructions.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and vendors, and monitor the technical details of events to keep on-site processes smooth.

Required profile

• Education: BA, BBA or MBA.
• Languages: English and Hindi.
• Proactive, able to handle multiple tasks at once with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
• Critical and analytical thinking, customer-friendly and a problem solver.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
