About the role
A full-time Operations Executive position in Dubai, described as a broad, high-impact role for someone who keeps everything moving. The person will work closely with leadership and the wider team across several areas, and the role will become a key part of the operational backbone of the business as the company grows.
Key responsibilities
- Business operations and office management
- UAE compliance, visas and PRO coordination
- Invoicing and credit control
- Contracts, TOBs and supplier onboarding
- HR and employee support
- Business development and client meeting preparation
- Systems, technology and process improvement
- Reporting, data and business planning
- Events, meetings and company communications
Required profile
- Highly organised and commercially aware
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Naturally process-driven
- Confident working across different teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Always looking for ways to improve how things are done
