Operations Intern

About the role

Gevernova is looking for an Operations Intern in Dubai. The intern supports day-to-day reporting, collaborates with the region on data accuracy and prepares communications, while also helping pilot new ideas and support escalation, MOR and SI&OP processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis and repositories for day-to-day reporting needs.
• Collaborate with the region on demand signal accuracy and validation.
• Prepare communications to be shared with the region.
• Monitor key timelines for global critical activities and follow up with KPI owners.
• Create Minimum Viable Products through AI and pilot new ideas.
• Support other critical processes for escalations, MOR and SI&OP.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Maximum 2 years of experience in a data reporting and/or data analysis role.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, chat agents and AI workflows.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Desired: accountability, teamwork, project handling, strong analytical and process skills, and willingness to adopt new tools.

Required skills

• Basic web development knowledge.
• Excel, intermediate Windows and Office apps, Power BI, basic VBA/Tableau or basic programming.
• Ability to understand client-side code and evaluate its risks.
