Operations Manager - Fast Casual

About the role

7 Management is looking for an Operations Manager for its Fast Casual Division in Dubai. The role leads the operational, commercial and financial performance of the division, supports the General Managers of each outlet and drives revenue growth, cost efficiency and team performance across dine-in, takeaway and delivery channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the consolidated P&L, budgets, forecasts and reports, and optimise revenue, food and labour costs and reduce waste through sales, average check, transaction counts, food cost and labour productivity KPIs.
• Lead operations so that service is fast and accurate, food quality is consistent and guest satisfaction is high, including kitchen workflow, peak-hour throughput and online ratings.
• Drive growth across dine-in, delivery aggregators, online ordering, kiosks and loyalty platforms, and manage aggregator relationships, listings, pricing and promotions.
• Lead new outlet openings, menu engineering, product launches and local store marketing with culinary, marketing and supply chain teams.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop General Managers and outlet leaders, build standardised training and efficient labour scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, brand guidelines and food safety, hygiene and health and safety regulations, and oversee inventory, supplier compliance, cash handling, audits and mystery shopper reviews.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in new venue openings, brand expansion, operational improvement and business development.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and influence business performance.
• Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a results-driven, guest-centric approach.
