Operations Support Engineer – TareeGE Program

About the role

The Operations Support Engineer joins the one‑year TareeGE Operations Program, focusing on heavy‑duty gas turbine services. The role provides hands‑on exposure to data‑driven insights, AI‑enabled decision support, and cross‑functional collaboration across safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis and maintain repositories for daily reporting.
• Collaborate with regional teams to validate demand signals.
• Track daily outages and monitor key changes affecting on‑time delivery.
• Prepare and distribute communications to regional stakeholders.
• Monitor global critical activity timelines and follow up with KPI owners.
• Support escalation processes, Monthly Operational Reviews (MOR) and Sales‑Inventory‑Operations‑Planning (SI&OP).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• Maximum 2 years of experience in data reporting or analysis.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Preference for UAE nationals holding a Family Book.
• Demonstrated accountability, teamwork and a mindset for continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
• Basic VBA and Tableau.
• Familiarity with basic programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Understanding of large language models such as ChatGPT or Claude.
