Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Fusion CX Functional Consultant will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of customer experience solutions across manufacturing and service operations in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business discovery workshops and assess existing processes to recommend improvements aligned with Oracle standards.
• Prepare solution designs, configure applications, and manage functional delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Design integrated lead‑to‑quote, quote‑to‑order, service request, field service, and subscription renewal processes.
• Collaborate with ERP and integration teams to connect CX applications with product data, inventory, order management, finance, and external systems.
• Define data migration requirements, support data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Lead functional testing, support integration testing, coordinate user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
• Deliver user training, operating procedures, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Support cutover, go‑live, stabilization, and ongoing enhancements while coordinating with implementation partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum three completed end‑to‑end Oracle CX implementations, with at least two in manufacturing or service organizations.
• Strong hands‑on functional experience across Oracle CPQ, Sales Enterprise, Service Enterprise, Field Service and Subscription Management.
• Experience defining integrations between Oracle CX and Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM, preferably using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage workshops, configuration, testing, data migration, training and go‑live activities.

• Oracle Service Enterprise (after‑sales service, ticketing).
• Oracle Field Service (technician scheduling and dispatch).
• Oracle Subscription Management (subscription lifecycle and renewals).
• Oracle Integration Cloud for ERP/SCM integrations.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (preferred).
