Outlet Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a passionate and service‑oriented Outlet Supervisor to join its Food & Beverage team. You will support daily outlet operations, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Conduct shift briefings, manage handovers and monitor service quality.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets and controlling costs.
• Monitor stock levels, handle billing, cash and POS procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding and other departments for seamless operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Supervisory or team‑leading experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of POS systems.
