About the role
Rixos Al Mairid is looking for a proactive Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations of a restaurant outlet, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily outlet operations, maintaining brand standards and seamless service.
- Guide, train and schedule team members, handling performance evaluation and task delegation.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels and coordinate timely requisitions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and ISO standards.
- Assist with cash handling, daily closing procedures and accurate POS entries.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining outlet.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Basic computer applications.
