Outlets Manager - Beach Club

About the role

Aldar Hospitality is looking for an Outlets Manager for its beach club. The manager oversees the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges and pool/beach service, ensuring high service standards, team leadership and achievement of financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all beach club outlets and ensure service meets brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards and monitor guest satisfaction
• Handle VIP guests and special requests professionally
• Lead, train and motivate the outlets team through briefings, coaching and performance evaluations
• Ensure proper staffing levels and efficient scheduling
• Monitor revenue, costs and profitability, control expenses and support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations and maintain food quality and presentation
• Work with marketing and events teams on promotions, special events, entertainment programmes and themed nights

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a beach club, resort or high-volume outlet
• Strong leadership, team management and customer service orientation
• Good financial and operational acumen, problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
