Overseas Logistics & Warehouse Specialist

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time Overseas Logistics & Warehouse Specialist based in Dubai. The role covers sourcing and managing overseas logistics suppliers, controlling logistics costs, managing inventory through the WMS, and supporting project delivery across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and managing logistics suppliers across overseas regions, including freight forwarders, shipping carriers, customs brokers, temporary warehousing and last-mile delivery providers, and maintaining an approved supplier list.
• Integrating overseas logistics resources to meet project schedules and cost targets, taking part in tenders, negotiations and contract signing, and building tailored procurement solutions.
• Identifying and mitigating international logistics risks such as shipping delays, port congestion and policy changes, and preparing emergency plans.
• Estimating logistics costs for project bids, negotiating rates with suppliers during transport, and controlling costs throughout project execution.
• Operating the Warehouse Management System (WMS), monitoring inventory, identifying slow-moving and aged stock, handling abnormal orders and compiling daily and weekly/monthly operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in logistics, supply chain, international trade or English preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas warehousing, international logistics or procurement management.
• Experience in new energy sectors, power equipment or large-scale engineering projects is highly preferred.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel or work long-term in Dubai, Turkey and Uzbekistan.

Required skills

• Office software and WMS; ERP familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with oversized cargo, special vehicles, hazardous goods transport, overseas warehousing and on-site logistics planning.
• Supplier negotiation, contract administration and strategic procurement.
