Padel Coach – Full-time at 700 Padel & Fitness Hub

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based at 700 Padel & Fitness Hub in Dubai. The Padel Coach will deliver high‑quality individual and group coaching, design training programmes for all skill levels, and help grow a vibrant padel community.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct private, semi‑private and group padel coaching sessions.
• Develop and implement personalised training plans.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Organise coaching clinics, camps, social events and tournaments.
• Promote participation in padel programmes and club activities.
• Maintain courts, equipment and training materials in excellent condition.
• Ensure safety and professionalism during all sessions.
• Collaborate with club management to meet coaching and membership targets.

Required profile

• Certified Padel Coaching qualification from a recognised federation.
• Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, rules and player development.
• Experience coaching players of various ages and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, energetic and customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
