Paid Media Specialist – Google, Meta & TikTok

About the role

We are seeking a Google / Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist to design, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns for international brands. Working remotely from the United Arab Emirates, you will combine analytical thinking, creative strategy, and performance‑marketing expertise to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with client goals, including audience targeting and budget allocation.
• Research, build and refine audience segments for prospecting, remarketing and conversion‑focused initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages, and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Configure and monitor conversion tracking (pixels, events, attribution) across all platforms.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing paid advertising campaigns for brands, e‑commerce or lead‑generation.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of paid‑media strategy, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and improving ROI through data analysis.
