Parts Advisor – Automotive Parts Sales

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Parts Advisor to join its Toyota team in Dubai‑Al Badia. The role bridges the retail counter and workshop, ensuring customers receive a seamless parts‑supply experience while supporting revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by upselling accessories, controlling discounts and meeting monthly sales targets.
• Build long‑term customer relationships by consulting on parts needs and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with Job Controllers and Service Advisors to keep customers informed about parts availability, quotations and vehicle progress.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, company policies and distributor programs.
• Manage sale orders and reservations to optimise stock levels and mitigate financial risk.
• Capture accurate customer data in SAP for effective data management.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months experience in spare‑parts sales within the automotive industry.
• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation.
• Familiarity with parts catalogues and automotive maintenance cycles.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
