About the role
Join Al Futtaim Automotive’s Aftersales team as a Parts Counter Representative, acting as the face of the parts business and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve parts sales and revenue targets through upselling, cross‑selling and promotion of accessories.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Job Controllers and workshop teams to ensure timely parts availability and keep customers informed.
- Maintain accurate sales orders, reservations and customer records in SAP.
- Support inventory management activities, including stock control and audits.
Required profile
- Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably with an automotive background.
- 3‑5 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in parts sales or operations.
- Good command of English; basic Arabic is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Experience with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
