Patient Coordinator

About the role

Cosmo Di Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai is seeking a Patient Coordinator to own the client experience and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is the main point of contact for clients, handling communication, bookings, and clinic flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client communications across WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels, responding promptly and converting inquiries into appointments.
• Oversee the booking calendar, confirm appointments, and guide clients through the entire visit from check‑in to check‑out.
• Coordinate with specialists to ensure timely room readiness and smooth treatment flow.
• Maintain clinic standards including cleanliness, inventory control, and daily financial reconciliation.
• Prepare regular reports on bookings, sales and client metrics, and liaise with suppliers and contractors.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Service‑oriented mindset with sales sensitivity to convert interest into bookings.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and pay close attention to detail.
• Experience in premium client‑facing services; background in aesthetic clinics, beauty or hospitality is a plus.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Excel.
