Pega CVM Expert – Decisioning & Marketing Specialist

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a Pega CVM Expert to design, develop, and maintain customer decisioning solutions in its Dubai office. You will provide L3 operational support, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure the stability of large‑scale Pega environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, support and optimise CVM solutions using Pega Decisioning and Marketing technologies.
• Provide SME‑level L3 support, lead incident investigations, perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Define and enhance application architecture for scalability, performance and cost efficiency.
• Develop integrations with REST, SOAP, XML, Kafka and external services, and configure CDH, ADM, NBA Designer and decision strategies.
• Monitor performance, manage dashboards, alerts and KPIs, and support releases, migrations, upgrades and disaster‑recovery activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field; PCDC certification preferred.
• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
• Proven experience supporting Pega solutions in OpenShift production environments and handling L3 incident management.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, Cassandra, MongoDB and OOP design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITIL processes and continuous‑improvement practices.
