About the role
Join TBH's People & Culture team in Dubai as a People & Culture Coordinator – International, providing administrative support for HR activities across the UAE, KSA, Singapore and Malaysia.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for a broad range of People & Culture activities for the international business.
- Support recruitment processes including candidate management, interviews, offers and background checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage the Employee Connect HR system, reporting and data.
- Assist with cyclical activities such as performance reviews, remuneration reviews, engagement surveys and probation tracking.
- Manage the P&C inbox, respond to queries and route questions appropriately.
- Prepare employment and salary certificates, NOCs, bank letters and other documentation, coordinating translations, stamping and attestations as needed.
- Support visa, immigration, medical insurance and off‑boarding administration across international locations.
- Collaborate with international administrators, PROs, insurers and other external providers to keep actions moving.
- Contribute to P&C projects, working groups and process improvements, maintaining templates, SharePoint pages and documentation.
- Coordinate P&C communications, including the annual international public holiday calendar and other employee communications.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of generalist HR or administration support experience.
- Experience supporting HR activities in an international business, preferably in the Middle East or Asia.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (desirable).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of contemporary HR practices, policies, procedures and relevant employment legislation.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly regarded.
