People & Culture Intern

About the role

The People & Culture team at 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai is looking for an intern starting in February 2027. The internship covers HR administration, recruitment support, onboarding, employee engagement and reporting, and is open to students currently enrolled in or recently graduated from HR, business administration, psychology, hospitality management or a related field.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, personnel files and HR documentation accurately and confidentially
• Support recruitment: post vacancies, screen applications, coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Help prepare onboarding and orientation for new colleagues
• Support employee engagement, internal events, colleague activities and recognition programmes
• Prepare HR communications, announcements, presentations, reports and trackers
• Support training sessions, learning activities and development programmes
• Handle document preparation, filing, data entry and updates in HR systems
• Monitor attendance, leave, probation and other colleague documentation
• Respond to routine colleague inquiries and refer complex matters to the right team member
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, data protection and confidentiality standards
• Participate in departmental meetings and briefings, and perform other reasonable duties assigned by the team

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Hospitality Management or a related field
• Strong interest in HR and People & Culture operations
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
