People Partner for Luxury Retail Joint Venture

About the role

We are looking for a proactive People Partner to support a dynamic multi‑business luxury retail joint venture. The role will act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team, driving the People agenda across corporate and frontline retail functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into actionable People strategies and implement Group HR policies.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR matters, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management and employee development.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and inclusion initiatives across corporate and retail teams.
• Provide HR analytics, stakeholder communication and lead People projects from planning to execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner or similar generalist role, preferably in luxury retail or a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
• Commercially aware, pragmatic and solutions‑oriented with a focus on business performance.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive employee matters.
