About the role
The Unit Head of Talent Acquisition – Business is responsible for leading recruitment activities across the bank, ensuring staffing goals are met while aligning with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies, set KPIs and manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Source candidates through agencies, internal openings, career fairs and international trips.
- Conduct competency‑based interviews, prepare offer proposals and contracts in line with bank policies.
- Maintain compliance, produce hiring reports and monitor Emiratization and diversity metrics.
- Build and sustain relationships with internal hiring managers, external vendors and governmental bodies.
- Lead a team of recruiters and recruitment administrators, providing coaching and performance management.
Required profile
- 12+ years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong leadership, decision‑making and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, organized and capable of managing budgets and targets.
