Piping Supervisor – Fabrication Shop

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Piping Supervisor to lead all piping fabrication activities within the shop, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and approved procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day piping fabrication including cutting, fit‑up, welding and assembly.
• Ensure works follow approved isometrics, WPS, ITPs and ADNOC specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC and planning teams to resolve technical queries.
• Monitor productivity, optimise manpower, material and equipment utilisation.
• Enforce HSE policies and ADNOC safety standards.
• Review drawings for constructability issues and manage material traceability.
• Supervise subcontractors and support pre‑commissioning activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years piping fabrication experience, at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience on ADNOC or similar Middle‑East EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong knowledge of international codes (ASME, API) and ADNOC standards.
• Ability to read isometrics, GA drawings and P&IDs.
• Leadership of multicultural workforce in high‑pressure environment.
