About the role
LAZOURDY is seeking a Civil Planning Engineer to join our contracting team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules for civil engineering works.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed baseline programs, including WBS, activities, and milestones.
- Utilize Primavera P6 to create, update, and monitor project schedules.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with S‑curves, Gantt charts, and other visual aids.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress and resolve scheduling issues.
- Monitor progress against the baseline and identify potential delays.
- Ensure schedules align with execution strategy and are achievable.
- Develop S‑curve and manpower histograms.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of project planning and scheduling experience in the UAE.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6.
