Plant Manager – High-Speed Rail

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead plant operations for a major High‑Speed Rail infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The role combines technical oversight with senior management responsibilities to ensure the plant supports construction schedules, quality, safety and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall plant operations, develop operational plans and allocate resources to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate plant production activities with the construction schedule, supervise personnel, subcontractors and technical teams.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality and resource utilization while ensuring compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions and manage operational budgets, cost performance and procurement needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience managing plant operations on large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects, preferably railway or high‑speed rail.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and strong budgeting, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; international project experience is a plus.
