PMO Manager – Strategic Project Delivery

About the role

The PMO Manager will lead the development and execution of Abu Dhabi Capital Group's strategic project charters, ensuring that large‑scale construction, real‑estate and capital projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Reporting to senior executive management, the role coordinates cross‑functional teams and acts as the single point of contact for all project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in early project evaluations to align with strategic objectives and identify risks across the full development lifecycle.
• Define project strategy, governance structures, risk‑management, integration, communication, staffing and legal plans.
• Develop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with corporate and subsidiary teams, covering all work streams and functional tasks.
• Monitor project financials, budgeting activities, integration and synergy plans, and report progress to executive leadership.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, secure sponsorship, and communicate priorities, issues and resolutions.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, promote PMP best practices and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience (120 months) in project management within construction, real‑estate or large capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and lead diverse functional teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a track record of reporting to senior executives.
• Experience in budgeting, risk management and quality assurance processes.
