Pool Lifeguard – Ensure Safety at Our Swimming Facility

About the role

We are looking for a vigilant Pool Lifeguard to maintain a safe and welcoming swimming environment for guests and residents. The successful candidate will monitor pool activities, enforce rules, and respond quickly to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pool activities and ensure the safety of all guests and residents.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, and AED assistance as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities and safety equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the pool area.
• Report incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns to management.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with pool‑related inquiries.
• Ensure rescue and emergency equipment is readily available and in good condition.

Required profile

• Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Minimum 1 year of lifeguarding experience (preferred).
• Strong swimming and rescue abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
