About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the Dahlia pool‑side service at Sofitel Dubai Downtown. You will be part of the Food & Beverage team delivering French‑inspired cuisine and premium beverage service to guests enjoying the pool terrace.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Required profile
- Experience in poolside operations.
- Ability to focus on guest needs, staying calm and courteous at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities; able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
