Pre‑Sales Engineer

About the role

As a Pre‑Sales Engineer you will be the technical front‑line for Ascom’s healthcare solutions, visiting customer sites, delivering demonstrations and supporting sales teams to close projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical inputs and sales tools for the solution portfolio, focusing on medical device integration.
• Deliver in‑person and web‑based demonstrations and technical seminars to customers and reseller partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams, providing technical input for marketing activities and product development.
• Engage with sales teams and clients to close projects in Ascom’s favour.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems, HL7 integration, server and network infrastructure, and system interoperability.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to support pre‑sales technical discussions with hospital IT and biomedical teams.
• Ability to present solutions independently and customise them to the customer environment.
