Pricing Controller - Ancillary Fare Filing (ATPCO)

About the role

Etihad is looking for a Pricing Controller to join its Revenue & Commercial division in Abu Dhabi. The role covers ancillary fare filing in ATPCO, supporting revenue maximisation and market positioning through competitor analysis, rule implementation and ancillary coding.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and report on competitor revenue management and distribution trends to help define the best strategy for revenue and market positioning.
• Be accountable for implementing Etihad rules and ancillary pricing correctly across the relevant distribution channels.
• Manage and lead processes and guidelines for ancillary implementation and coding in various systems.
• Monitor and track competitors' revenue management and distribution strategies, identify opportunities and improvements and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure rules and ancillaries are delivered accurately and on time across distribution systems.
• Investigate and resolve potential channel conflicts through checks and validation.
• Lead cross-functional projects from a pricing and ancillary perspective, with strategic pricing as a key stakeholder.
• Provide technical expertise to the Revenue Management and Ancillary departments and manage workflows between teams so activities meet agreed SLAs.
• Support ancillary testing and checks in different channels and tools, and benchmark data in revenue management systems and databases so it stays accurate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 4 years of experience overall, with a minimum of 2-3 years in ancillary filing in ATPCO.

Required skills

• Fare and ancillary coding knowledge is mandatory.
• Knowledge of other systems is an advantage.
