Principal Consultant – Oracle Fusion PPM

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead the Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) workstream for a major client in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of the PPM solution, from discovery through go‑live and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete Oracle Fusion PPM solution covering Project Foundation, Management, Costing and Billing, aligning with the client’s finance and HCM processes.
• Lead requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis and solution design, producing BR100 configuration workbooks and leveraging Infosys accelerators.
• Define and manage scope boundaries, including project types, costing and billing flows, and coordinate data conversions and integrations.
• Direct an onsite/offshore delivery team across all lifecycle stages – discovery, design, configuration, testing, cut‑over and post‑go‑live support.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for PPM design and delivery decisions, collaborating closely with finance, payroll and integration leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior consultant or solution lead for Oracle Fusion PPM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with project and finance leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive large‑scale, phased cloud transformations.
