Principal Solution Engineer – Marketing Cloud (Middle East)

About the role

As a Marketing Solution Engineer you will partner with sales teams across the Middle East to help customers understand how Salesforce Marketing Cloud can transform their engagement and automation. You will combine deep product expertise with regional business insight to design and deliver compelling solutions for enterprise and commercial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and build winning sales strategies for Marketing Cloud.
• Design and deliver tailored product demos, proofs of concept and technical presentations.
• Translate customer business requirements into Marketing Cloud solution architectures (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Personalization, Data Cloud integration, etc.).
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technically sound proposals and stay current on marketing technology trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution engineering, digital marketing or customer success with Salesforce technology.
• Strong technical understanding of data‑driven solutions, including Data 360 and customer data platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to both technical teams and C‑level executives.
• Fluent in English; Arabic highly preferred.
