Procurement Lead - Non-Medical Equipment & Supplies

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Lead to manage non‑medical equipment and supplies for KCH in Dubai. The role involves overseeing contracts, supplier relationships, tendering processes and ensuring cost‑effective procurement in line with organisational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and manage contracts and service agreements in collaboration with the Legal team and end‑users.
• Maintain a comprehensive contracts database and coordinate purchase orders, expediting and logistics.
• Identify, evaluate and engage suppliers, conduct techno‑commercial bid evaluations and award contracts.
• Develop sourcing strategies, perform spend analysis and drive cost‑reduction initiatives across procurement categories.
• Manage the tender process from requirement identification through evaluation, negotiation and award.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal divisions to determine procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, contracts and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers and high negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle and/or Cerner procurement systems.
