Procurement Manager – Logistics & Industrial Projects

About the role

JD.com is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for logistics and industrial projects across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. The role is based in Dubai and will work closely with development, asset management and business development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for logistics and industrial development projects, ensuring alignment with cost targets and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain a supplier database, negotiate long‑term agreements, and manage vendor relationships across the region.
• Lead the full procurement cycle – from tender preparation and release to bid evaluation, negotiation, contract award and order placement.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in industrial or logistics projects, with at least three full‑cycle project procurements.
• Strong knowledge of local market regulations, cost benchmarks and legal requirements in the Middle East, Europe or Asia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for procurement management.
• Experience using procurement software and related tools.
