Procurement Officer – Real Estate & Property Management

About the role

The Procurement Officer will lead sourcing, negotiation and purchasing activities for real‑estate development, maintenance and management projects across the UAE and KSA. The role ensures that procurement aligns with project schedules, budgets, quality standards and legal requirements, supporting successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers and stakeholders to define procurement needs and specifications.
• Identify, evaluate and shortlist qualified vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Conduct market research on pricing, trends and new suppliers.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs and tenders; draft technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contractual conditions to secure optimal value.
• Issue purchase orders, contracts and agreements within approved budgets and timelines.
• Process purchase requisitions through the Yardi system and manage related documentation.
• Track procurement expenses, identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure compliance with budget limits.
• Verify goods and services meet quantity, quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor supplier performance using metrics such as lead time, delivery accuracy and quality.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement for real‑estate or property‑management projects.
• Familiarity with UAE and KSA procurement regulations and contract terms.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, contracts and purchase orders efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills for cost control and budget tracking.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Yardi procurement system.
• Knowledge of tendering processes (RFQ, RFP, tender preparation).
