Product Demonstration Chef

About the role

Premium Choice Foodstuff Trading LLC, an ISO and HACCP-certified food trading company based in Dubai, is looking for a skilled culinary professional with a strong sales mindset to act as its Product Demonstration Chef. You will use your culinary background to run product demonstrations directly for business clients (hotels, restaurants and catering companies) and help drive and close sales, rather than working in a traditional restaurant kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct target-driven product demonstrations for B2B clients to showcase product value and secure orders.
• Act as the technical culinary link between the sales team and executive chefs or purchasing managers.
• Use knowledge of hot and cold kitchen operations (40% hot kitchen, 60% cold kitchen) to solve client problems and suggest the right products from the premium catalog.
• Travel daily to client sites across the region to manage accounts and present food solutions.

Required profile

• Strong professional cooking skills to prepare, taste-test and present dishes smoothly during live client meetings.
• Hands-on experience in both hot and cold kitchen applications.
• A valid UAE driving licence, essential for daily client visits.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills to deal confidently with B2B buyers.
