Product Lead - Mobility & API Platforms

About the role

This is not a single-product role: you will own three connected product lines and make sure they work together, scale and win in the market. The portfolio includes the API Platform (core business, high-impact and revenue-driving), the Mobility Platform (IITS, with government-led deployments and enterprise use cases), and a navigation product (Google Maps-based solution). You will sit at the intersection of technology, business and market reality, turning vision into execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap across all three product lines, prioritising features by real market needs and aligning them with business goals and revenue opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitors and regulatory shifts, especially in public-sector ecosystems, and validate product-market fit through real-world feedback.
• Act as the bridge between engineering, business and stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear product specs and tech requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver on time and at scale.
• Engage with government entities, enterprise clients and internal leadership, handling high-stakes conversations and keeping product direction aligned with client expectations and deployment realities.
• Own business-level documentation such as PRDs, roadmaps, use cases and proposals, and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Required profile

• 6-10 years in product management or product leadership.
• Strong experience in traffic monitoring, mobility tech, ITS or smart city ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple products at once.
• Experience working with APIs and platform-based products.
• Understanding of government or enterprise deployments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort moving between strategy and execution.
