Programme Manager (Governance in Technology)

About the role

The Programme Manager will lead the design, development and execution of Pearl Initiative’s Governance in Technology Programme. This role focuses on strengthening corporate governance, ethical AI decision‑making and transparent innovation across technology actors and investors in the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and budget the programme in line with organisational goals and impact objectives.
• Drive innovation within existing offerings and identify cross‑program synergies.
• Engage subject‑matter experts, executive trainers, researchers and other partners to co‑create deliverables.
• Develop and implement a strategic communications plan, including social media and email campaigns.
• Lead business development, market engagement and fundraising activities to ensure financial sustainability.
• Manage a regional working group, deliver targeted interventions, produce research and thought‑leadership, and host convenings and trainings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in programme or project management.
• Strategic, detail‑oriented and relationship‑driven leadership style.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders in the technology and governance sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
