Project Account Manager – Ruwais

About the role

Hilti is seeking a Project Account Manager to join its Ruwais team, supporting some of the region’s largest construction projects. You will act as the trusted technical and commercial partner for customers from project inception through completion, delivering innovative solutions on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic construction sites, serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
• Demonstrate Hilti solutions, conduct product trainings, workshops and seminars to showcase technical and commercial value.
• Support customers in overcoming on‑site technical and operational challenges while coordinating closely with internal teams.
• Identify growth opportunities, monitor project progress and ensure effective coordination with Sold‑to Account Managers for receivables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of experience in technical sales, account management or a customer‑facing engineering role.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical solutions.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
