Project Coordinator – Interior Fit Out (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Interior Fit‑Out division in Dubai. You will act as the central hub linking design, site execution, vendors, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, master schedules, and detailed micro‑planning for interior fit‑out works.
• Coordinate daily communication between design teams, site engineers, MEP specialists, procurement, and client representatives.
• Track material submittals, shop drawing approvals, RFIs, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, labor reports, and management information systems (MIS) updates.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, minutes of meetings, permits, inspection requests, and snag lists.
• Participate in client coordination meetings, internal reviews, and safety meetings, recording and circulating minutes.
• Monitor site progress against the schedule, flag delays, and support issue resolution.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in UAE/GCC interior fit‑out, joinery, or commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, BOQ preparation, and UAE construction standards.
• Valid UAE residence visa preferred; transferable visa or NOC if currently employed.
