Project Cost Optimization Manager

About the role

The Manager, Project Cost Optimization Studies is responsible for leading cost‑optimization reviews across ADNOC group projects. The role ensures engineering solutions are aligned with the latest technologies and delivers maximum value while supporting top‑level decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate engineering options and ensure best‑in‑class solutions are applied across projects.
• Coordinate with group companies to develop an annual plan for cost‑optimization studies.
• Review engineering and cost documents from Project Management Teams and prepare clarification lists.
• Conduct optimization sessions, capture findings, and produce detailed review reports.
• Communicate major recommendations to senior management and relevant directorates.
• Develop and continuously improve cost‑optimization processes, incorporating AI, sustainability, and new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management and engineering.
• Strong leadership, people‑management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and computer applications.
