Project Foreman – Construction Site & Dewatering Supervision

About the role

The Project Foreman will supervise and manage construction sites, with a special focus on dewatering operations for large projects. Reporting to the Project Engineer, the role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in challenging site conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities on construction sites, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Plan, coordinate and execute dewatering operations for large‑scale projects.
• Lead and delegate tasks to multiple dewatering crews, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Communicate progress and issues effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
• Maintain site documentation and report to the Project Engineer.

Required profile

• College Certificate or Diploma in Associate Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3‑5 years of experience in construction, preferably with exposure to dewatering.
• Systematic, well‑organised and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Resourceful and able to take initiative in difficult site conditions.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience supervising dewatering operations.
