Project Manager - Aluminium & Glass Installations

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Project Manager in Dubai for aluminium and glass installation projects. The role covers planning and coordination, on-site supervision, cost and time control, reporting and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Review project scope, specifications and contractual obligations, and develop detailed plans covering schedules, resources and budgets.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and internal teams to keep objectives aligned.
• Inspect sites regularly to assess progress and resolve on-ground issues.
• Oversee aluminium and glass installation, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with design specs and quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate material procurement and supervise site engineers, foremen and subcontractors.
• Monitor costs, identify and mitigate risks or delays, and approve work schedules and milestones.
• Prepare periodic reports, maintain daily reports, inspection records and variation orders, and handle client correspondence, invoices and claims.
• Lead the team, enforce safety protocols and local regulations, and coach team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of proven project management experience in the aluminium and glass industry in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of aluminium systems, curtain walls, cladding, structural glazing, doors, windows and skylights.
• Strong understanding of shop drawings, structural calculations and fabrication/installation processes.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus. UAE driving licence preferred.
