About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise building construction projects from planning through handover. The role requires strong leadership, rigorous schedule and budget control, and direct client and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from mobilization to completion and handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including site, technical, procurement, and planning functions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, implement corrective actions, and ensure projects stay on track.
- Guarantee compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
- Oversee risk management, change orders, and contractual claims.
- Ensure full HSE compliance across all project activities.
- Review and approve progress reports, payment certificates, and project documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 12–15 years of experience managing building construction projects, preferably high‑rise structures.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, with FIDIC preferred.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Primavera P6.
- Proficiency with MS Project.
