Project Manager - Hotel Development

About the role

Millennium Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Development to support its hotel development initiatives across the region. The role covers project coordination, proposal management and the assessment and progression of development opportunities in line with the company's strategic objectives. It is a full-time, mid-level position based in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate hospitality development projects from initial assessment through to execution.
• Prepare, review and manage development proposals, presentations and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct market research and preliminary assessments to evaluate potential hotel development opportunities.
• Review project requirements, timelines, deliverables and documentation to align with business objectives.
• Support the preparation of feasibility studies, project assessments and business proposals.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports and development documentation.
• Help the development team identify opportunities to expand the hospitality portfolio across the region.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector within the region.
• Proven experience in proposal management, including preparation, coordination and presentation.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
• Immediate availability required.
