Project Manager – HR Initiatives

About the role

Boundless is looking for a highly organized, technology‑driven Project Manager to lead strategic HR and people‑focused initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will translate leadership priorities into actionable plans and ensure visibility of progress across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of strategic projects across HR, Technology, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal and other functions.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, tracking actions, dependencies, risks and deadlines.
• Prepare executive‑level updates, dashboards, presentations and decision‑support materials for senior leadership.
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance research, reporting, documentation, project tracking and workflow productivity.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within HR processes, recruitment, workforce analytics and employee lifecycle activities.
• Conduct benchmarking, analysis and research to inform strategic and organizational decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of project management experience, preferably in HR or people‑related projects.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to work closely with senior leaders.
• Curiosity and hands‑on experience with AI, automation and digital productivity solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing clear, concise executive materials.
