Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our newly established Project Management function in Dubai. You will play a key role in delivering projects across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple cross‑functional projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, scope and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements and progress reports.
• Coordinate activities across departments, align stakeholders and manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Provide clear, concise project updates to senior management and support consistent project governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cross‑functional business or technology projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong planning, coordination and delivery skills with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing teams without direct reporting authority.
• Good understanding of project governance, risk management, dependencies and resource planning.
