Project Manager – Luxury Hospitality Projects

About the role

Join Aman Group’s Dubai corporate office as a Project Manager, supporting the delivery of ultra‑luxury hospitality and residential projects from inception to handover. You will work closely with the Regional Director of Project Development and a global network of consultants and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Development Director in day‑to‑day project management and delivery.
• Own specific workstreams, packages, or scopes as assigned.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables; maintain trackers, action logs, risk registers, and progress reports.
• Support procurement, consultant appointments, and tender analysis.
• Review deliverables for alignment with briefs, programme, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Aman Technical Services and design teams to uphold brand standards.
• Manage budgets, variation tracking, cash‑flow reporting, and commercial administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project or construction management.
• Hands‑on experience managing the construction phase of luxury hospitality, residential or mixed‑use developments.
• Background in a project‑management consultancy is preferred.
• Relevant university degree (Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or similar).
• Strong understanding of delivery processes across design, procurement and construction.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Good commercial awareness and contract administration knowledge.
