Project Manager - Luxury Villa & Office Fit Outs

About the role

Join the Chairman's Office to lead prestigious luxury villa and premium corporate office fit‑out projects in Dubai. This long‑term position offers direct exposure to senior decision‑makers and the chance to shape high‑profile regional and international developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of luxury villa and office projects from concept to handover.
• Secure project approvals from government authorities and statutory bodies.
• Coordinate architects, designers, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and risk to ensure successful delivery.
• Review designs and technical submissions to maintain project objectives and standards.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, tender evaluations and contractor performance.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and execution.
• Support future expansion into larger real‑estate and international development projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑end luxury villas, premium office fit‑outs, hospitality or luxury retail projects on the client, consultancy or contractor side.
• Recent UAE experience is mandatory.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline from a recognised Western university (highly preferred).
• Strong track record managing consultants, contractors, authorities and senior stakeholders independently.
• Excellent understanding of approvals, procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
• Experience in detail‑driven, quality‑focused environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence to engage executive leadership.
