Project Manager – Waste Water Treatment Industry

About the role

The company, an international engineering consultancy, is looking for a senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale wastewater infrastructure and sewer network projects in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage site investigations, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams through end‑to‑end wastewater infrastructure execution.
• Control project schedules, client submissions, technical deliverables and progress reporting.
• Oversee sewer network investigations, CCTV inspections, flow monitoring and trenchless rehabilitation (CIPP & sliplining).
• Coordinate with government authorities, utility clients and contractors to ensure design and regulatory compliance.
• Enforce engineering specifications, quality standards, safety regulations and GIS‑based project tracking.
• Supervise testing, commissioning and final sign‑offs for utility assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 18 years post‑graduate engineering experience, including at least 10 years in water, wastewater or underground utility projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Deep knowledge of GCC utility standards (ADSSC, TAQA, DMT, DEWA, Ashghal).
