Project Sales Manager

About the role

A leading organisation, recruited through Manpower Middle East, is looking for a Project Sales Manager based in JAFZ, Dubai. The role suits someone with creativity, collaboration and strong experience in specification selling and project-based sales, with strong commercial acumen and proven ability to hit sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the annual project sales plan, achieving revenue, profitability and KPI targets across the GCC region.
• Build and manage relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, kitchen companies and MEP partners to secure project opportunities and specifications.
• Identify, track and convert new project opportunities through sales strategies aligned with brand positioning and regional market dynamics.
• Manage the full project sales cycle: opportunity identification, specification selling, tender participation, negotiation, contract closure and project execution.
• Work with Legal, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure compliant, seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-10 years of project sales experience in built-in appliances, kitchen solutions, building materials, interiors, fit-out or construction-related industries.
• Strong network of developers, consultants, architects, kitchen specialists and contractors across the UAE and GCC markets.
